Invisible Voice randomness........

Ok guys, I don't really know what to think about this one. Feedback people!! Feedback!! I love you guys!! :D * * * * * The room was empty, save Silence, but he was everywhere. The room seemed to grow smaller as we sat waiting. The Master had called me here so Silence naturally followed. I knew better than to think this was a good thing to be called by the Master, but I also knew better than to get myself in trouble. Slowly I found my eyes growing heavy and I rested my chin in my hand. My elbow was resting on my knee as I sat on the floor and the entire position was gaining comfort as my eyelids closed. I felt myself beginning to doze when I heard heavy footsteps echoing through the tunnel. The strange thing wasn’t the footsteps but the number of them. It made my eyes snap open when the steps were accompanied by a resounding chuckle. A chuckle that sent chills rolling down my neck and cascading down my spine. It was familiar, buried deep within the recesses of my mind. A...

Invisible Voice

I need advice on this one. I'm not sure if I should continue it. If it sounds like something you want to read more of let me know. If not tell me to trash it. I don't know what to think about this one. I've been thinking about the idea for a long time now and this came out last night. What should I do?? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I sat perfectly still not wishing to disturb the silence that was growing in the room. Never before had I felt the urge to speak as I did now, but since I was to follow orders I could not bring myself to speak. It was impossible, needless to say, that I could go against the orders of the great man that sat directly in front of me. He had all but raised me in this hole I called home and never once had I been allowed to speak. Master was what I was to call him. God is what he professed to be. I didn't believe in such a thing as a god. It seemed highly unlikely that a god could exist and leave me down in the depths of this great h...

A Life's Creed

Life isn't about what you do, it is about who's lives you touch. No matter the troubles or hardships endured, endure them well. Don't let the little things that may seem so big get in the way of what really matters. As I am coming to the end of a life I have always known a new life unfolds in a marvelous array of colors and patterns yet to be understood. Fear is ever present, but that will not hold me back from moving forward into the wild blue yonder of experience. Let the things that mean the most grow into the best thing the human imagination could possibly come up with. Life only gets better, no matter the amount of troubles piling up higher and higher. Always have a smile, never leave home without one. Never be afraid to say hello or offer a helping hand. Opportunities are missed when fear takes over. People come and people go but don't ever let them go unnoticed. Each life that mingles, even if for but a moment, with another is meaningful and special in im...

The Stuff the Year Brings

There are things in life that no one can explain. Things that happen and they either help or hurt you. Nothing ever stays the same. Days end, happiness gives way to another emotion, friends leave, and people die. This isn't something that is new to the world. It is how it was meant to be. If everything stayed the same, nothing would be worth fighting for. This year has been full of changes. First off... the weather hear in Utah has been insanely weird. No snow until the second week of January, which, usually, we have a some odd 5 feet by November!! Not many people realize how badly that messed with my internal seasonal shift thingy. (It's like an internal clock but with the seasons.) I was all out of wack for about a month. The New Year brought with it many things, along with the snow. A new baby for my neighbors, a funeral or four for the family, new friends, graduation, the loss of some friends... and some insane discoveries! I learned that writing screenplays is WAY bette...

What a Great Start!!

This is the first post on this blog in the year of 2012!!!!!!! How exciting!! So, as a great start to the new year here is a lovely(or super crappy, depending on how you look at it) story.  It involves 3 girls who later meet up with another girl and one guy.  Their names are Jain, Doe (hahahahaha like the person Jane Doe!!! hahahaha), and Lynne.  Jain and Doe decided that for the last day before school officially started again in the new year that they were going to do something crazy, they just didn't know what.  It was something that they wanted to do but didn't quite have it planned yet.  Then something extraordinary happened.  They got a plan!! Lynne recently moved to a new school where she doesn't see any of her friends and she has to wear stupid uniforms.  She was so sad lately that Jain and Doe needed to cheer her up. So they kidnapped her.  Kinda.  In a way.  They all decided to meet at the local grocery store, Wally World(No t...

Make it Worth it

As the year 2011 draws to a close we are then told to make a "New Year's Resolution".  Everyone makes one of these and sooner or later the said resolution fails or just becomes forgotten.  The one that everyone eventually makes in their lives to go to the gym and work out at least three times a week.  Go on a diet.  Make more money.  Get a better job.  Be a more loving person. Stop smoking. Learn how to ski.  Become fluent in Romanian(or some other random language). All of these things meant something to someone at one point. If they didn't they wouldn't have made it onto the yearly Bucket List.  What is it that you want to change about yourself?  Everyone has that one thing they want to do better in. For some it's their looks, others their knowledge, others their health.  Whatever it may be it has some importance in the life of the resolver.  It isn't just a resolution.  It is a dream. With the changing of the la...
